Roger Stern is a statistician and biometrician. He is passionate about breaking the misconception that statistics are intimidating. He wants to make data, and all the information one can extract from it,  accessible to all. He has spent his career spreading good statistical practices and encourages learners to be data detectives. He uses his expertise in the field and observations of common attitudes to data science to create these activites, 


Rachel Kirk-Gushowaty has a background in social sciences and online education. She began her statistics journey with Quantitative data and continues to develop her skills as R-Instat expands and challenges her. She utilizes her 'outsider's' perspective to enhance the accessibility of the materials by questioning the experts and pushing for clear inclusive explanations. She acts as a bridge between Roger and Beryl, developing the concepts and designing the materials. 



Beryl Waswa has a background in Actuarial Science and is currently working as the Office Manager at INNODEMS as well as creating the documentation for R-Instat. Her skill and attention to detail brings the materials to life, as she works to connect with the end user.  She has been creating the videos and recording the narration for the videos as well as finalizing the written documents.
